Each Twisted Spirit Artistry piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and truly one of a kind. Natural stones may contain variations in color, texture, shape, and inclusions. These natural characteristics, along with subtle variations from handcrafting, are part of the design and are not considered defects.
Every piece is created with care and intention and cannot be exactly replicated.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging are required
- Requests must be submitted within 48 hours
Once the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Twisted Spirit Artistry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that a secure delivery location is available.
Jewelry Care & Responsibility
Twisted Spirit Artistry jewelry is wearable art created using natural stones, wire, and waxed leather. To maintain the integrity and appearance of your piece:
- Do not wear jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
- Let perfumes and lotions dry completely before putting on your jewelry
- Store jewelry in a closed box when not in use to maintain original shine
Damage caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care is not eligible for a refund.
